BIO OF MARTY KURNER

Marty Kurner is the Business Developer for Interior Office Solutions. Ms. Kurner is very well known in Southern California for her strong relationship building and development of business.

Prior to her marketing career in office furniture Ms. Kurner was in the hotel industry for 33 years. She has degrees in Culinary Arts and Business working as a Chef, Maître d’, Food & Beverage Director, Catering and Sales Director and a National Sales & Catering Manager for Wyndham Hotels. As a National Sales Manager Marty worked as a trouble shooter for many of the Wyndham Hotels, turning each hotel into revenue generating properties. She also developed extremely creative sales tools for mentoring junior sales associates. Ms. Kurner has won many awards for her extreme talent in sales and her extraordinary revenue generation.

Ms. Kurner also developed creative and out of the box marketing programs for hotels that had very little recognition in their communities.

Ms. Kurner has been the catalyst to forming very successful Networking Groups around the country. Ms. Kurner has been a mentor to university students working towards Sales & Marketing degrees. She has taught in student classrooms and has been the guest speaker at distinguished community groups.

During her professional life Ms. Kurner has volunteered on Non-Profit Boards such as Boys & Girls Clubs, Make a Wish Foundation, Cerebral Palsy, Salvation Army and Goodwill. She has been a Rotarian for 6 years. Ms. Kurner’s affiliations with Military groups have gained her a shining reputation with the Air Force, Navy, Army and Coast Guard. Ms. Kurner is involved with over fifteen professional groups in California and Arizona, sitting on seven boards of directors.
